Super League Triathlon is the world’s premier swim-bike-run series, and in 2017 Jersey was chosen as one of the ongoing European hosts for this prestigious annual sporting event. To help promote and organise an event of this size, an agency with extensive PR experience and knowledge of the local market would need to be appointed to work as part of their close team. This involvement would be extensive and require a pro-active and tight multi-disciplinary approach before, during and after the event weekend itself.

What we do.
Each year, we regularly meeting with the client for each stage of the event: the 3 month promotion period, the event weekend and post-event PR activity. Our pre-event roles include engaging with schools and sports clubs for satellite events, dealing with the press and media, press releases, arranging athlete interviews, advice and execution of local promotion and advertising, artwork of printed collateral, event guest lists, event set-up, sourcing local suppliers and engaging corporate sponsorship.
During the event weekend, we are involved with managing the corporate and public events, assisting with the corporate guests and liaising press and media interviews. We then handle any post-event PR and media activity.
