Shinzo, an exciting new steak and sushi restaurant opens in St Aubin

Shinzo, the brainchild of local Jersey businessman, Gavin Roberts is set to open on the 20th August. Created to showcase mouth-watering, tender steaks and delicate, authentically prepared sushi, Shinzo will offer a wide selection of dishes to delight and entertain every discerning palette.

Gavin and his team have been hard at work for the last few months, despite the challenging environment caused by Covid-19. The site in St Aubin has been completely renovated and he is looking forward to unveiling the stylish and luxurious new bar and restaurant.

Customers will also be able to take advantage of the al-fresco seating area where they can enjoy a perfectly mixed cocktail whilst soaking up the laidback atmosphere of St Aubin.

Gavin Roberts says: ‘This has been a challenging time to open a new restaurant, but I am delighted with the results of all the teams hard work. We are going to offer our customers truly sensational quality in both food and service and I have made sure that we have created an atmosphere that is both accessible, yet still luxurious. My ultimate goal is that Shinzo will become one of the go-to Jersey dining experiences.’

Shinzo will also be offering experiences such as sushi-making and cocktail masterclasses and can be hired for private events making it the perfect venue for any celebrations.
